Cabinet upgrades should be simple. This FAQ is built around the exact kits we sell (frameless/Euro vs face-frame, undermount vs side-mount, and our multi-pack SKUs).

What cabinet type do I have: frameless/Euro or face frame?

Frameless/Euro: the door hinges mount to the cabinet side panel (no front frame).

Face frame: there’s a wood frame on the front of the cabinet; hinges mount to that frame (often needs adapters/plates matched to face-frame geometry).

Do you sell single pairs and multi-packs?

Yes. Most hardware is available as:

  • Single pair (best for repairs, 1–2 doors/drawers)
  • Value packs / multi-packs (best for full runs and multi-unit projects)

Examples you’ll see on product pages: hinge kits (10/20 pairs), undermount slide packs (4/8/12 pairs), side-mount slide packs (4/8/12 pairs).

Are these “real” Blum parts?

Our hinge kits are built around genuine Blum CLIP top BLUMOTION 110° components and matching mounting plates (0 / 3 / 6 mm heights). Our undermount slide kits are built around genuine Blum undermount runner components and locking devices.

What info should I send if I’m not sure what to buy?

Send:

  • 1 photo of your existing hinge or slide (side view)
  • 1 photo installed in the cabinet
  • For hinges: door style (overlay vs inset) + cup size if visible
  • For slides: slide length (18/20/21) and whether it’s undermount or side-mount

Hinges

What hinge kits do you sell?

Frameless / Euro Overlay: HK-FR-EU-0 / HK-FR-EU-3 / HK-FR-EU-6 (single pair), plus multi-door value packs: HK-FR-EU-10 / HK-FR-EU-20.

Face Frame / Half Overlay: HK-FF-HO-0 / HK-FF-HO-3 / HK-FF-HO-6 (single pair), plus value packs: HK-FF-HO-10 / HK-FF-HO-20.

What’s the difference between 0 / 3 / 6 mm plates?

Plate height is how you “dial in” overlay and door reveals. Higher plates generally shift the door position relative to the cabinet edge to help balance gaps across a run.

  • Best practice: match the plate height stamped on your existing plates (if you’re replacing).
  • If you’re starting fresh: choose the plate height recommended on the product page for your cabinet/door setup (or contact us with photos).
Do I need a 35mm cup hole? How deep?

Yes—these are 35 mm cup hinges.

  • Cup bore: 35 mm
  • Typical bore depth: about 12–13 mm (≈ 1/2")

Always confirm against the Blum instruction sheet for your exact hinge/cabinet scenario.

What door thickness works with your hinge kits?

Most standard cabinet doors work great. Our product pages reference typical door thicknesses around 5/8″–3/4″ (16–19 mm).

I have face-frame half overlay. Do you sell a jig to make installs easier?

Yes — we sell a Half-Overlay Door Mounting Jig designed to help position half-overlay hinges fast and consistently for repeatable results.

Drawer Slides

Undermount vs side-mount — what’s the practical difference?

Undermount: hidden under the drawer; very clean look; usually requires a notch/hole in the drawer box and correct bottom setback.

Side-mount: mounts on drawer sides; generally easier for retrofit because it doesn’t require undermount-style notching.

What undermount slide kits do you sell (and what do they require)?

Frameless undermount soft-close kits: UM-FR-18 and UM-FR-21 (single pair).

Multi-packs: UM-FR-4 / UM-FR-8 / UM-FR-12 (each “pair” includes runners + locking devices + screws).

Drawer box requirement: undermount-style drawers must be “notch-ready” — typically a rear notch + rear hole + correct bottom setback so the locking devices can engage.

Retrofit note: converting from side-mount to undermount often requires rebuilding or modifying drawer boxes. If you can’t notch, side-mount is usually the safer path.

What side-mount slide kits do you sell (and what clearance do I need)?

Side-mount soft-close kits: commonly 18″ and 20″ lengths (single pair and multi-packs).

Clearance: size your drawer box to leave about 1/2″ total side clearance (≈ 1/4″ per side).

For face-frame cabinets, rear brackets or blocking may be required depending on your cabinet construction.

Do you sell undermount locking devices separately?

Yes — Undermount Locking Devices (Pair L/R) are available for replacement/repairs.

Where can I find Blum TANDEM installation instructions?

Pulls & Templates

What size are your Skyline pulls?

We carry Skyline cabinet pulls in 5-3/64″ center-to-center (common “128mm class” spacing) in finishes like matte black and brushed brass.

Do your pull kits include screws ?

Yes — our 20-pack pull handle kits are designed as “one-and-done” sets: pulls + mounting hardware

What are “break-away” screws?

Break-away screws are long screws you cut down to the correct length by snapping off segments—handy when door/drawer front thickness varies.

Shipping

How fast do orders ship?

Most orders arrive within 7-14 business days after your order has been processed.

Business days exclude weekends and carrier holidays.

Can I change my address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update it. Once a label is created or it’s in transit, changes are limited.

Returns & Policies

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days for unused items in original packaging.

Because fit is measurement-dependent, we strongly recommend confirming cabinet type + length + overlay before opening/installation.

Can I return installed hardware?

Installed hardware is typically not returnable unless there’s a verified defect. If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Do these products have Prop 65 warnings?

Some hardware components may carry California Prop 65 warnings (commonly related to nickel or similar materials). If a product requires a warning, it will be listed on the product page.

I ordered the wrong item. What’s the fastest way to fix it?

Email us with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the existing hinge/slide
  • Your cabinet type (frameless vs face-frame)
  • Your needed length (18/20/21) or door style (half overlay vs euro overlay)

We’ll point you to the correct replacement so you don’t get stuck in “order ping-pong.”
